Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance involves the application of an integrated approach to quality management that focuses on the issues arising from the design of the process in order to create a continuous self-improving system in which quality is “built in” and not “inspected to”.

The Intention of AQL

AQL provides the criteria against which to judge lots

It does not...

-Provide a process or product specification

-Allow suppliers to knowingly submit nonconforming product

-Provide a license to stop continuous improvement activities

We will review and make recommendations regarding:  overall process, systems, and tools.  We will provide start, stop, and enhance guidelines that will  equip your team to identify, mitigate, manage, and report on QC issues.

Typical Phase 1: Process analysis

  • Analyze and Map Current Quality Assurance Process

  • Define Improvements and Obstacles

  • Deliver Action Plan for Successful Improvements

Typical Phase 2: Refine Actions

  • Address Specific Process or System Refinement

  • Look at Technology Benefits and Potential Drawbacks

  • Define Requirements, Specifications and Solutions
